In preparation for the 2017 NM legislative session, Gregory Hoke, Director, State and Governmental Affairs for the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO) and Jeff Buel, Director, State Governmental Affairs for Johnson&Johnson, will lead a discussion and answer your questions on pending biosimilar legislation as well provide their views on the potential for national legislation to regulate drug pricing. In addition to Greg and Jeff, invitations have been extended to several governmental affairs representatives that cover and have responsibility for NM. They represent major pharmaceutical and biotech firms such as Amgen, Genentech, Lilly, and Merck.

The meeting will be held from 9:30 to 11 am on Tuesday, October 18 at the BioScience Center, 5901 Indian School Road. The meeting is free for members thanks to the generous sponsorship of PhRMA. This is a members only meeting and attendance will be limited to the first 40 respondents.
