Ray will discuss staging the house for investor attractiveness and how to tell your story in the best possible light.  He will cover valuating young and middle-growth companies and building the right value proposition, navigating market dynamics, when to begin commercial efforts,  market research, evidence-based market perspectives, confirming niche viability, and building credible market forecasts.  External assistance resources and how to use them will also be outlined.

 

Ray Joske, MBA, has more than 30 years’ experience in the life sciences ranging from commercial roles in biopharma to working with payers.  He has served as a senior consultant on life science projects ranging from start-up commercialization, market access insight, and benefit management with employers.  While at Bristol-Myers Squib, Ray directed a new entity within the company in the disease management space and was the head of marketing for their neuroscience portfolio.  He was also the head of marketing, business development, and international sales at a Merck, KGaA affiliate.  Ray earned his MBA at St. Mary’s College of California.
